What's the role?:

- Collaborate with Business Unit leaders to analyze needs and recommend appropriate training strategies
- Create training strategies that support agile requirements
- Create and maintain e-Learning and ILT instructional materials for a variety of global audiences.
- Create and maintain templates and components for rapid coursework development.
- Gather content from Subject Matter Experts using interview protocol.
- Collaborate with broader PLPD team.
- Train Technical Trainers on course methodology and content.
- Maintain good working knowledge of developments in relevant areas (e.g. new technology and tools used within Instructional Design).
- Develop training module content, materials and media based on detailed design specifications using prescribed templates.
- Develop an understanding of HERE software production platforms and data specifications.

Who are you?:
Any Graduate with over 3 years of working experience inluding 2+ Years of Experience in Instructional Design (Training development, design and delivery)
- Relevant degrees include Training & Development, e-Learning (Computer/Web-based learning) or related instructional design degrees. Certification in Instructional Design is preferred
- Knowledge of instructional design theories and appropriate skills for content design
- Basic knowledge of e-Learning solutions (e.g. HTML, Flash, Captivate, Camtasia, Storyline, Cornerstone Learning Management Systems) is required
- Experience in a training or classroom environment preferred
- Knowledge of HTML, Java, Flash programming and multimedia development skills preferred (e.g. editing video)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
