**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage **Google Ads** campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Set up, manage, and optimize **Facebook/Meta Ads** campaigns (including Instagram) focused on performance and ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using platforms such as **Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager**, and other tools.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative testing to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
- Maintain and optimize landing pages for improved user experience and higher conversion rates.
- Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and paid media.
- Provide weekly/monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of proven experience in **Google Ads** and **Facebook Ads** campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of **performance marketing**, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with **Google Analytics**, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with **remarketing/retargeting**, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field (preferred).

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with **LinkedIn Ads**, or **other paid media platforms**.
- Familiarity with **eCommerce platforms** like Shopify or WooCommerce.
