**About us**

Lighthouse Communities Foundation works in the area of skilling and livelihoods for underserved youth. This is a pioneering program with a strong PPP model, an agency-led approach to livelihoods and a vision of socio-economic transformation. The Lighthouses are run through a public-private partnership that empowers the Government, Corporates, NGOs and Citizens to work together towards changing lives. The provision of location and capital expenditure for the Lighthouse centres is taken care of by the Government. Corporates contribute through CSR funds to provide operational expenses. NGOs come on board to provide various skilling courses to the youth. With penetration in more than 400 of the 500 odd slum communities of Pune, the program has now expanded to other cities viz. PCMC, Dombivali, Aurangabad and also States viz. Delhi, Odisha and Hyderabad.

**About the Role**:
As a member of the Program implementation team, you will be responsible for supporting the launching of Lighthouses in new cities in terms of coordination with the government officials, identification of Physical space,and building the team. You will be working very closely with government authorities and donors in this position.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Support and coordinate with the expansion team for launching the new lighthouse.
- Collaborate with authorities for identification of physical space for the Lighthouse center in accordance with organization’s specifications.
- Work with authorities to secure all required authorizations and permissions to facilitate the smooth implementation of Lighthouse Communities programs.
- Ensuring the development of the physical space in time for the launch of the Lighthouse.
- Supporting the launch of the Lighthouse in the new cities in any region and handing it over to the team.
- Building and maintaining a good relationship with Government officials, corporators, and potential stakeholders.
- Ensure quality documentation and reporting of the project activities and concerns.
- Accompany the other senior staff to meetings with government officials and facilitate conversations for the smooth representation of Lighthouse Communities in those meetings.
- Submission of periodic progress reports to government officials and corporators.
- Prepare and share regular progress reports with internal stakeholders.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Graduate or Post Graduation in any field, with 3+ years of experience working in program implementation preferably in education or skill development.
- Organized,Team player, self starter and result oriented individual
- Strong people management, project management, and data analytics skill
- Strong orientation towards relationship building and problem-solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English,Hindi
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Open to extensive travel across Pan India

**Reporting To**: Senior Manager -National Expansion & Government Liaison

**Base Location**:Lucknow,Uttar Pradesh

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
