**Job summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage all accounting and taxation for our clients independently. As Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations of our clients, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and filing tax returns on behalf of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage client accounts and ensure that financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate monthly book close & review financial data to make monthly performance report.
- Manage all accounting and taxation for clients of Accounting Genie.
- Independently handling monthly, quarterly and annual finalization of Financial Statements & Accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filing tax returns on behalf of clients.
- Conduct regular bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements as needed.
- Assist clients with financial planning and budgeting.
- Prepare and file all required tax returns, including income tax, GST, TDS, and payroll tax (ESIC & EPF).
- Work closely with clients to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide financial advice.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting/ tax laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting and tax, within accounting/ CA firm.
- Good knowledge of Accounting Standards/ GAAP and tax regulations.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Tally Prime.
- Good communication (speaking, writing, and listening) in Hindi & English, and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner who can figure things out on your own and easily adapt to changing situations.
- You take full responsibility to ensure the quality of your work is high and deadlines are met.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation and accounting: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
