**Responsibilities and Impact**:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Learning Experience Designer to join our growing Customer Education team. In this role, you wil l design engaging learning experiences, leveraging AI, gamification, and LMS integration, seamlessly connecting our customers’ experiences with S&P’s broader digital customer success ecosystem. A strong UX/UI sensibility is crucial as you will be crafting intuitive learning journeys that drive customer satisfaction and product adoption.
Design and develop engaging learning experiences across various modalities - including eLearning courses, virtual instructor-led training ( V ILT ), and microlearning - using instructional design principles, gamification, and AI.
Conduct needs analyses and translate learning objectives into interactive activities.
Leverage AI tools for content creation, personalization, and automation.
Integrate gamification to motivate learners and enhance knowledge retention.
Optimize our LMS for seamless delivery and a user-friendly experience.
Strategically integrate learning experiences with our digital customer success ecosystem (CRM, C ommunity platform, Customer Success Portal ) to create a cohesive customer journey.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( Learning Portfolio Managers, Learning Specialists, Content Developers, Product Managers, CSMs, SMEs) to ensure alignment.
Stay current with learning trends and continuously improve programs based on data and feedback.
Champion a learner-centric approach, prioritizing accessibility, inclusivity, and a seamless user experience across the entire customer journey.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality and meeting deadlines.
**What we are looking for**:Basic Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or a related field.
3+ years of LXD/Instructional Design experience, creating engaging learning experiences.
Strong UX/UI design skills and a portfolio demonstrating user
- centered design thinking.
Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize AI tools and technologies to streamline content creation, personalize learning experiences, and improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of instructional design within a customer education environment.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Proficiency in learning technologies and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
LMS experience.
Demonstrated gamification experience.
Experience with AI tools for content and personalization.
Experience integrating learning with CRM, community platforms, or similar tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with data analytics related to customer success.
Video production/editing skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
