**Job Summary**
- Daily follow-up with 50 Vendors.( Follow-up Report).
- Purchase Order to be raised as per guidance from HOD.
- Verbal/E-mail co-ordination with Vendors with relevant enquiries from Sales, Order team & updation in the enquiry excel sheet.(Enquiry Sheet).
- Purchase Order preparation against Purchase Requisition Form (PRF) received from OPD & updation in the Purchase Order Master.
- Updating of all inward receipt from 151 & counter sales.
- Updating of Purchase Order MIS on a daily basis. (Purchase Order Master Sheet).
- Identify and tracking of HEXNUT (series-3-36 all grades) and share it with Directors, Sales Manager & Purchase Manager.
- Follow-up with Vendor in regards to rejected, short material in c-ordination with OPD.
- Attend meeting on compulsory basis.

Enquiry Sheet (Weekly Basis) (Directors, Sales Manager, Purchase Manager)
Purchase Order Master Sheet including local material received on challan (Daily Basis) (Directors)
ERP Entry of Purchase Order
