**Key ResponsibilitiesRoom Maintenance**
- Clean and arrange guest rooms to the resort's standards, including changing bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and beverages.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues (e.g., faulty appliances, furniture damage) to the supervisor promptly.

**Guest Interaction**
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests in a polite and professional manner.
- Respect guest privacy and adhere to the resort’s policies regarding confidentiality.

**Safety and Hygiene**
- Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
- Properly handle cleaning supplies and chemicals, adhering to Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) guidelines.
- Immediately report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor.

**Organizational Duties**
- Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking usage of cleaning materials and guest supplies.
- Support team members and supervisors with additional duties as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including standing, lifting, and bending.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

**Work Environment**
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals.
