Opening for Warehouse Construction

Location - Gurugram
- Manage the Project from Start to end in **Various Industrial, logistics Parks, Warehousing, Multi-storey steel building Projects** with given details.
- Total Execution of Project Responsibility Independently with Installations.
- Manage the contractors for starting of projects and their terms and clear scope of work.
- Ensure the Project in completion towards given time and in given cost.
- Updating Top Management about Progress of Projects.
- Manage Project Execution in Quality and Safety Compliances.
- Knowledge of Govt regulations and bylaws.
- Handover site to Customer full Error free site in given time.
- Preparing of Cost and BOQ Of the project by given design details.
- Taking Feedback of Engineers and Sub contractors regarding projects.
- Assisting the General Manager in the Project Work from the beginning stage till the submission.
- Detailed study of scope of work, Specification, Equipment Schedule and BOQ (Tender) etc.
- After Design Submission and Preparation of Calculation of Material.
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities and floating the enquiries to the venders.
- Mobilization of manpower for execution of the project.
- Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.
- Checking & Verifying Contractor and sub-contractors Bill.
- Preparation of the detailed Site quantities requirement based on the consultants approved drawings.
- Preparation of Work Method Statement as per specification and standard norms.
- Supervision of installation of MEP, Lifts, Escalators, Plumbing, and Electrical & Firefighting items as per standard norms.
- Floating Request for Inspection of installations to Consultant and rectifying if any snag works / comments.
- Floating request to consultant for material inspection as per submittals and specification.
- Coordination with all other services like Architectural, Lift, Escalators, Plumbing, Fire Fighting Electrical, teams etc. towards successful completion of project.
- Coordinating with Architect / Contractors during the execution of the project.
- Attending the weekly site meeting with consultant and sub-contractors.
- Preparation of appropriate documents for handing over the Project (Mechanical Services).
- Assisting to authority to allotment of Contractors and Deploy manpower for works.
- Assisting To Purchase Department for Material Procurement.
- Attending Site Visits and Meetings.
- Detailed study of the Scope of the Tender, Drawings, Schedule of Equipment’s, Specifications, Quantity take off and Estimation as per the bill of quantities for tendering purposes.
- Prepare questionnaire to the Consultant / Client in case of discrepancy in the tender documents.
- Pricing of the complete job from the basic details, market and with latest plant, labour & material cost.
- Preparing Discrepancies between Tender drawings and Construction drawings, claiming variation to Consultant.
- Vendor Development, Cost Control, Quality Control.
- Training and development of Subordinates and Team.
- Setting of process of work as per schedule.
- Complying with safety procedure and controlling documents.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction, infrastructure or Industrial field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to independently prioritize and manage time in a disciplined, productive manner.
- Maintains highest levels of ethics, trust, and personal responsibility.
- Must have a general working knowledge of basic engineering, Civil, electricity, mechanical HVAC systems and the building construction industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
