Junior Account Executive

**Location**: Near NIBM Post Office, Kondhwa, Pune
**Experience**: Minimum 3 years in accounting and finance
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (in-hand)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Accounting Operations**:

- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and ledgers.
- **Taxation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and file TDS and GST returns in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assist in tax planning and ensure adherence to tax regulations.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of balance sheets and financial statements.
- Support the finalization of accounts and audit processes.
- **Transfer Pricing**:

- Collaborate with relevant departments to document and report transfer pricing arrangements.
- **Import & Export Documentation**:

- Handle accounting aspects related to import and export activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with international trade regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- **Professional Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Experience working with reputable organizations or under renowned Chartered Accountants.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Proficient in accounting software such as Tally ERP or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of TDS, GST, and other taxation processes.
- **Additional Skills**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
