**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Inputting alphanumeric data from various sources into computer databases or software systems.
- Verifying accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data as necessary.
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files as required.
- Performing regular data backups to ensure data preservation and security.
- Assisting with data cleanup and quality assurance activities.
- Generating reports and summaries based on entered data as needed.
- Following data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborating with other team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to data protection policies.
- Participating in training sessions to stay updated on software tools and data entry techniques.

- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Proficiency in using computer software and data entry tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and databases.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and discrepancies.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with data entry procedures and best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
