Roles & Responsibilities:

- Primary role will be related to Accounts Payable.
- To make sure the Bookkeeping work is updated on a day-to-day basis.
- Checking of supplier invoices and raising queries relating to differences.
- To have a regular call with the Client's representative for supplier invoices for payment approvals and clearing queries.
- Follow all the statutory deadlines as well as compliance.
- Liaise with suppliers/Customers when required to resolve any Accounting queries.
- Weekly payment runs for supplier invoices.
- Produce any ad hoc reports as and when required.
- Monthly reports preparations relating to Management accounts and discussing it with superior.

Qualification:
**Desired Skills**:

- Good in accounting principles and excellent skills in Excel/google sheets.
- Good at Data verification, Analysis and experience working in different accounting software.
- Work experience in E-commerce industries and International Accounting (Preferably UK) will be an added advantage.
- Having experience in preparing financial statements.
- Should be good in both written and oral communication.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
