**About Lubrizol**

**ROLE Summary**:
Follow established procedures and guidelines to analyse test samples and review analytically to report the result.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform laboratory tests and experiments, following standard procedures and protocols
- Collect and analyze samples, recording and interpreting data
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and cleanliness
- Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory methods and procedures
- Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and ensure proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve laboratory processes

**REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements)**:
Required Expertise / Knowledge / Skills
- Masters Degree in Chemistry from recognized University ( New external hires)
- Proven experience working in a laboratory, preferably in a similar role
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines 5- 10 years of industry experience
