The Production Chemist ensures the efficient and safe production of chemical products, monitoring processes, maintaining quality control, and improving production efficiency. This role works closely with production teams to resolve issues, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and optimize processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Process Monitoring**: Oversee and optimize chemical production processes, ensuring product consistency and quality.
- **Quality Control**: Perform routine testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and final products.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA).
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of processes, testing results, and process changes.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-5 years in a chemical production or lab environment, with knowledge of safety standards.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of chemical processes, quality control, problem-solving, and communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹25,295.20 per month
