We’re looking for Data Engineers on our Analytics Engineering team - you’ll collaborate with teams across the globe to build pipelines and systems to deliver data insights critical to our customers and internal teams. You’ll be part of a cross functional team that’s responsible for the full product development life cycle, from conception to deployment. - **About the Role**:
The Solutions Architecture (SA) team is responsible for designing and implementing the technical solutions and configurations to drive successful customer engagements. As a Solutions Architect, you will act as a partner and advisor on all CYGNVS technical and
data-related matters for our Enterprise and Partner customers. You will focus on providing customers with a strong technical solutions guidance and help shape best practices for how we support complex customer needs.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with customer stakeholders to serve as the technical advocate on customer engagements - understanding customer requirements, designing technical solutions, and the implementation of these solutions.
- Manage customer expectations and support the technical delivery of customer development, integrations, and data-related aspects of a CYGNVS implementation.
- Participate in design sessions to architect and document solutions that align with customer objectives.
- Navigate the technical complexities of large-scale CYGNVS implementations to ensure successful adoption for customers.
- Collaborate with CYGNVS product, support and engineering teams to address technical challenges and provide customer feedback.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the team by sharing best practices and improving processes.
- **What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or business-related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Technology Consultant, Solutions Consultant, Technical Account Management or similar role within a SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Track record of delivering customer value by translating technical challenges into practical solutions at scale.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences effectively.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
- Strong understanding of data and analytics.
- Industry experience or proficiency in programming languages like Python or Javascript is a plus.
- Background in tech, cybersecurity, and/or insurance (cyber) is a plus.
