**Job Title**:Direct Field Sales Executive** - Software and Applications Development Sales

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
2. Conduct in-depth research on prospects, understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points to tailor the right software solutions.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, nurturing them throughout the sales cycle.

5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals, addressing customer requirements and aligning them with our software offerings.

6. Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and a clear understanding of customer expectations.

7. Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers, closing deals within defined timelines and meeting sales targets.

8. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and challenges.

9. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager and the leadership team.

10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3. Strong understanding of software development technologies and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with a sense of urgency.

7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for managing and tracking leads and opportunities.

8. Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.

9. Knowledge of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies is a plus.

10. A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for technology and sales.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
