- Petty Cash Management: Maintain and track petty cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Housekeeping Staff Management: Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and organization across the office premises.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage office supplies, ensuring timely procurement and optimal inventory levels.
- HR Support: Assist the HR team during onboarding processes and employee engagement activities, ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience for all employees.
- Excel Proficiency: Create and maintain detailed reports, records, and trackers using MS Excel, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Communication: Effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- General Administrative Tasks: Support the admin team in day-to-day operations and other tasks as assigned.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
