Business/ Department_ - Objectives:_ The position will work closely with GLM, Tech ,TLT and Finance to work on major transformation projects and Consent order related activities. The position will involve reviewing the impact of the enhancements the group’s structural liquidity and its impact on the organizations aggregate position. - Core Responsibilities:_ Responsible for transformation process for FR2052a and other regulatory and liquidity reports including transformation process Responsible for reviewing the BRD and FRD to highlight any issues/concerns Complete end to end testing and report implementation Socialize the results of the testing with other stakeholders. Preparation of SOP’s and ensure documentation is as expected. Coordinate with various stakeholders to get the issues resolved and ensure successful delivery of the project. Handle multiple critical projects and understand the requirements to efficiently test the data. Responsible for producing ad hoc reports as per management request - Day-to-Day Responsibilities:_ Liaise with members of Tech, GLM and TLT to highlight any risks and challenges faced in the testing of the products/reports. Attend the product calls as scheduled and provide feedback with regards to the status of the projects handled. Responsible for playing a key role in the development of the new regulatory report. Involvement in testing, Project documentation and understanding regulatory guidelines. - Financial/ Budgetary:_ - No_ - Individual Contributor (IC)/Managerial_ - Individual Contributor_ - Key Deliverables:_ 1.Project Related Delivery 2.Consent Order Initiatives 3. Analytics and Commentary - Percentage of Travel:_ No - Other:_ **QUALIFICATIONS** Required Preferred - Education:_ - Experience:_ Must possess strong knowledge of business and balance sheet composition - Certifications:_ NA CA, CFA, FRM - Skills:_ - Risk Management, Financial Control, Audit, Operations, Team Management etc - Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills with good articulation.
