As a Site Supervisor at [Company Name], you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating all activities at our construction sites. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Site Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, including managing resources, equipment, and personnel to ensure smooth workflow and efficient project execution.
- **Supervision of Workforce**: Coordinate and supervise the work of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on site.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all work performed on site meets quality standards and adheres to relevant codes, regulations, and safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues or deviations promptly.
- **Safety Compliance**: Implement and enforce safety measures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
- **Progress Reporting**: Provide regular updates to project managers on project status, milestones, and any issues or concerns.
- **Material Management**: Coordinate the delivery, storage, and distribution of construction materials and equipment on site. Ensure that materials are used efficiently and wastage is minimized.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Good in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Bike with Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: ₹8,846.90 - ₹9,778.83 per month
