**Job Description**:
**Lead Maintenance & production operations, coordinate production staff and equipment,**

**and ensure the quality and profitability of products.**

**Maintenance Work of overall Plant.**

**AHU- operating & Maintenance.**

**To make purchase indent of engineering store.**

**New Machines trials.**

**Responsible to prepare SOP of the related areas.**

**Responsible to Compliance of SOPs in the related production & Maintenance areas.**

**Responsible for determining the best and most efficient uses of the available resources,**

**including equipment and labor, to meet production goals.**

**Responsible to Supervising of Documentation of all Mfg. and Filling & packing section**

**records.**

**Responsible to Maintaining all equipment.(VFFS Machines ,QC Lab Equipment, Filling**

**Machine, Sealing Machine, Air Compressor etc.)**

**Responsible to ensure the Maintenance of cleanliness, personal hygiene, machineries in**

**controlled production area.**

**Involvement during installation and qualification of the new machine.**

**Monitoring the product running effectively in the related production areas.**

**Actively involved in validation activity of the product manufacturing along with the**

**superior in the initial stage of any new product/s.**

**Manage and motivate the staff, monitoring them to ensure they meet performance and**

**safety requirements.**
