We,Town Contacts Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound called calls for leadgeneration and also for customer support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of contacts and calls in a CRM system.
- Discuss products and services with customers to determine their needs and interests.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and orders.
- Provide customers with product and pricing information.
- Follow up with customers after a sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor industry trends and competition to stay informed and up-to-date.

**Requirements**:

- At least one year of international voice experience in telemarketing.
- Proven track record of success in generating sales leads.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM (Advantage)
- Knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

**Job Details**

**Salary**: 18000 to 25000

Salary increment according to performance after 6 months.

Qualification: Any Degree

Day shift (9 am to 6 pm)

Location: Palarivattom

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
