**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and support ERP systems to meet the company's operational requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Lead the technical design and architecture of ERP systems and integrate them with existing platforms.
- Conduct system analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and implement necessary changes to optimize business processes.
- Provide leadership in the ERP solution lifecycle, including planning, architecture, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Lead data migration efforts and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Provide training and support to users, and ensure they understand how to make the best use of the ERP system.
- Stay current with industry trends and ERP system advancements, recommending best practices to improve processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in ERP system implementation and architecture, with at least 1 year in an architect role.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP solutions (such as Zoho Products).
- Proven experience in designing ERP architecture and handling complex integrations.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and hybrid deployment models.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Certifications in ERP systems or architecture (preferred).

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience with database management and optimization.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience with IT infrastructure and system security best practices.
- Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques.
