**Pee Aar Industries** is a leading manufacturer in the footwear industry, known for our focus on comfort and cushioning technologies. We serve both national and international clients and are expanding our operations through various e-commerce platforms, including GEM.

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced GEM Marketplace Specialist to oversee our government e-marketplace operations. This role involves managing product listings, handling compliance and regulatory requirements, optimizing sales strategies, and fostering relationships with government buyers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Register and manage our product listings on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM).
- Ensure compliance with all GEM guidelines and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to optimize listings and increase sales.
- Develop and implement strategies for bidding and order fulfillment specific to government procurement.
- Liaise with government officials and buyers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Prepare reports on sales trends, forecasts, and marketplace growth opportunities.
- Stay updated with changes in government procurement policies and marketplace features.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing online marketplaces, preferably with direct experience on GEM.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics for effective decision-making.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the footwear or manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with e-commerce strategies and digital marketing.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
