STORE EXECUTIVE

Location - Gujrat

Salary - 22K

Experience - 2yrs

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, helpful manner.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.

Ensure the store environment is welcoming and professional.

2. Sales & Inventory Management

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Monitor stock levels and ensure merchandise is replenished in a timely manner.

Organize product displays to ensure attractiveness and maximize sales.

Participate in stock audits and ensure accurate inventory levels.

3. Visual Merchandising

Assist in the setup and maintenance of store displays.

Ensure that store layout and signage are aligned with brand guidelines.

4. Cash Handling & POS Operations

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process sales transactions accurately.

Handle cash and card transactions in compliance with store policies.

Maintain cash register accuracy, balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.

5. Team Collaboration & Training

Support and train new staff members on store operations, customer service, and safety protocols.

Foster teamwork and collaboration to ensure store goals are met.

Assist with shift planning and ensure optimal staffing levels during peak hours.

6. Store Maintenance & Cleanlines

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Report any maintenance issues to the Store Manager for resolution.
