**Job Title**: Tele Sales Executive
**Location**: Noida
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Work Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**Experience Required**: Minimum 6 months in sales or education counselling
**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000 (based on prior salary and interview performance)

**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven **Tele Sales Executive** to help prospective students explore and enroll in our online UG and PG programs. If you have a knack for sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for education, this could be a great fit for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to and engage with leads through calls, chats, and in-person sessions
- Guide students and parents through course options and admission steps
- Understand each student’s career goals and recommend suitable programs
- Convert leads to enrollments by delivering effective and personalized counselling
- Maintain and update lead information accurately in the CRM
- Support applicants throughout the enrollment and documentation process
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- At least 6 months of experience in sales, telesales, or academic counselling
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Proficiency in Hindi and English
