**Responsibilities**:

- Collection and Outstanding Follow Ups.
- Follow up for Registration.
- Completion of booking formalities post closure
- Experience of CRM
- Handle client queries and ensure timely reply.
- Cancellation and Refund Process
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Issuing Demand Letter, Receipt,Builder NOC, Reminder, Interest Letter.
- Checking of documents post booking.
- Assisting the client with banking formalities for their loan.
- Preparing Reports

**Skills**:

- Worked with ERP systems (Knowledge of FARVISION ERP is an advantage)
- Past experience of real estate industry knowing the entire flow of sales.
- Knowledge of GST.
- Well versed with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Should have stability and not change jobs frequently.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mira Road, Thane - 401107, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (required)
- Real estate sales: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi and Marathi (preferred)
