We **Requires Production Assistant for a Manufacturing Company at Bhiwandi** **Position : Production Assistant** **No. of opening : 2** **Exp : Min 2 Yrs** **Location : Bhiwandi Mankoli** Job Summary: - Assist in the manufacturing process of têxtile chemicals, ensuring efficient and safe operations. - Support the Production Manager/Supervisor in various tasks, including but not limited to: weighing, mixing, packaging, testing, labeling, and cleaning. - Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, testing results, and other inventory. - Contribute to a safe and organised work environment by following company policies and procedures. Job profile: a. Assist in the preparation and execution of production runs. b. Weigh, mix, and prepare chemicals according to established recipes and procedures. c. Monitor production processes and identify potential issues. d. Assist with quality control checks and testing. e. Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and other inventory. f. Assist with inventory control and replenishment. g. Ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals and materials. h. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. i. Maintain a clean and organised work area. j. Report any safety hazards or concerns to the production manager/supervisor. k. Assist with other tasks as assigned by the production Manager/Supervisor. l. Participate in training and development programs. m. Maintain a professional appearance and reliability. n. During breakdown of the machines contact to service provider & follow up. o. To assist in ISO certification documentation work. p. Production related machines & utilities - purchase approval & quotation, coordination & communication for the concerned persons for the same. q. Stability checking of products. r. To maintain documentation (soft copy & hard copy) properly s. Assist in Lab work in the absence of QC Manager. **Working Days : Monday to Saturday | 09.30am to 06.30m (All Saturday half Day)** Feel free to call.
