About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable **AI & Python Educator** to join our STEM education team. This role involves delivering structured, interactive lessons in **Artificial Intelligence, Python Programming, and Machine Learning fundamentals** for students from **Grades 3 to 10**.

**Minimal electronics exposure (only basic awareness for AI-integrated projects like AIoT) is desirable, but not mandatory.**

Key Responsibilities:

- **Hands-On AI Projects**: Guide students through practical AI projects such as **image classification, object detection, chatbots, text-to-speech systems, face recognition, and AI games** using Python and AI tools like **Teachable Machine, PictoBlox AI, OpenCV, and scikit-learn**.
- **Concept Simplification**: Break down complex AI/ML concepts like data classification, regression, clustering, and neural networks into age-appropriate, relatable classroom activities.
- **Classroom Management**: Conduct in-person classes at partner schools, ensuring a positive, engaging, and disciplined learning environment.
- **Student Mentoring**: Motivate students to think logically, solve problems creatively, and build confidence in coding and AI-based projects.
- **Progress Assessment**: Track student progress, maintain performance reports, and share timely, constructive feedback.
- **Technical Troubleshooting**: Assist students in debugging Python code, handling AI tools, and resolving software-related queries during class.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Collaborate with school management and internal academic teams for lesson planning, scheduling, and conducting AI project showcases.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, Python, and education technology through training and workshops.

Qualifications:
**Education**:

- Diploma / BCA / B.Sc / BE / MCA / M.Sc / M.Tech in **Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields**

**Experience**:

- **1 to 2 years of teaching or EdTech experience in AI/ML, Python, or STEM education preferred**:

- Freshers with a strong Python portfolio and AI project experience are encouraged to apply

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of **Python Programming** (syntax, data structures, file handling, functions, OOPs)
- Practical understanding of **AI & Machine Learning basics**:

- Hands-on experience with AI tools like **Teachable Machine, PictoBlox AI extension, OpenCV, and scikit-learn**:

- Excellent communication, explanation, and classroom management skills
- Student-friendly, organized, and enthusiastic about AI education
- **Basic knowledge of electronics (optional)** — for AIoT integrations (eg. using sensors with AI models)
