Job Description We are seeking a passionate and innovative STEM Curriculum Designer to join our freelance team and contribute to the development of AI training projects. If you have a strong foundation in STEM education and a flair for designing engaging, real-world-aligned learning experiences, this is your opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered education. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and refine STEM curricula and lesson plans tailored for AI training - Create structured learning paths across Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science - Collaborate with subject matter experts to build interactive exercises, quizzes, and projects - Ensure content is accurate, clear, and pedagogically sound - Adapt materials for various learning levels and formats (beginner to advanced, self-paced to instructor-led) - Work with AI teams to enhance the model's understanding of STEM concepts - Continuously evaluate and improve curriculum based on AI and learner feedback Required Qualifications - 1st or 2nd year student in a STEM-related field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering) from a top IIT - Minimum 1 year of experience in curriculum design, teaching, or content development in STEM subjects - Strong grasp of core STEM topics and instructional design principles - Experience creating educational materials such as lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments - Familiarity with AI applications in education is a plus - Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics - Self-motivated with strong project management skills Why Join Us - Competitive hourly pay (7001,200/hour; varies by project) - Flexible hours and fully remote work environment - Opportunity to shape the future of AI and STEM education
