**Responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively with the UX, Product, and Art team to develop cool new mechanics and systems.
- Optimize the existing features by suggesting improvements based on the player motivation understanding. Should have the ability to understand data at a high level and how to leverage it to make better decisions.
- Create and maintain design documentations including spec documents, configurations, etc
- Basic ability to work with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides to be able to create spec documents, configurations, and design documents.
- Playtest and be the voice of the player in the team. Own the fun aspect of the game

**Requirements**:

- Enthusiastic to work in a casual tabletop games category.
- 1 Years of experience working in a gaming company in the game design capacity
- Skilled at making data-informed decisions
- Should be able to think creatively to solve problems for the players.
- Good at communicating the ideas, listening to other team members, and getting them excited about the specs they work on.
