Function: Marketing
Location : Mumbai
Position Title: Marketing Automation Manager
Reporting To: CMO
I) Position Summary
Key Objective / Purpose of the Job:

- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing
team.
- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create
recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
- Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the
latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates,
programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives in CRM such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead
scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing

- Strong collaboration skills to work with interdepartmental disciplines.
- Project management skills that develop and follow a roadmap to better client engagement.
- Savvy technologists, but also organized enough to not need technology to move projects forward.
- Flexibility to adapt to fickle consumer behavior.
- Analytical and driven by data metrics.
II) Person Specification:
a) Essential
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor of the Arts (BA), the Bachelor of Science (B.S.), or equivalent degree preferably an MBA
- Preliminary knowledge of relevant marketing areas including copywriting, social media, and user experience and user interface design
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills, i.e., a team
player
- Should know how to use data as fuel to drive results
- Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best
practices.
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of
urgency.
- Strong independent project management skills.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under mínimal supervision.
- Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
- Excellent attention to detail.
c) Work Experience - 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Automation Manager, preferably with B2B Brands
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
