**Location**: Andheri West, Mumbai

**Experience**: 3-5 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with sales team, distributors, and clients for product inquiries, quotations, and order updates.
- Track sales targets and ensure timely updates to the management.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales data.
- **Order Processing**:

- Manage end-to-end order processing — from PO receipt to dispatch coordination.
- Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- **Client Communication**:

- Respond to inquiries related to product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Handle after-sales support and basic technical queries for audio products like amplifiers and speakers.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, delivery challans, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with accounts for billing and payment follow-ups.
- **Inventory Coordination**:

- Check stock levels, coordinate product availability with the warehouse/production team.
- Update sales team on stock movement and estimated delivery timelines.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist in preparing catalogs, datasheets, and presentation material for audio product lines.
- Coordinate trade shows, demos, and client presentations.

**Preferred Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of audio equipment like amplifiers, loudspeakers, audio processors, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), knowledge of SAP is added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good follow-up abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc. Electronics preferred)
- Diploma in Electronics/Audio Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)

**Additional Advantage (Preferred but not mandatory)**:

- Prior experience in companies like Pulz Electronics, Bose, JBL, Yamaha, or Indian pro-audio equipment companies.
- Understanding of installation environments: cinema, auditoriums, events, etc.
- Familiarity with channel sales, retail, and project sales models.

Pay: ₹11,673.45 - ₹31,721.99 per month
