Experience

Salary
- 20,000/- to 25,000/- per month.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent and professional communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand client requirements and facilitate smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare, review, and ensure timely submission of ROI (Return on Investment) agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, agreements, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
- Liaise with internal departments (such as marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
- Monitor the progress of client engagements and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist the sales team with lead tracking, follow-ups, and post-sale support.
- Provide regular reports on client activity, ROI performance, and engagement metrics.
