**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming fire safety materials and equipment.
- Ensure that all materials are stored properly to prevent damage, deterioration, or contamination.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, movement, and location of items in the warehouse.
- Regularly update and maintain inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or manual records).
- **Stock Control**:

- Assist in managing stock levels to ensure materials are available for ongoing projects while avoiding overstocking.
- Perform regular stock checks, ensuring that inventory counts match the physical stock and inventory records.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues with stock to the Store Manager or Warehouse Supervisor.
- **Organization and Storage**:

- Organize materials and equipment in the warehouse to ensure easy access and efficient retrieval.
- Ensure that all stored materials, including fire protection equipment, tools, and supplies, are stored in a safe and orderly manner.
- Label, categorize, and keep inventory organized according to the type of materials (e.g., fire extinguishers, alarms, sprinklers).
- **Order Fulfillment and Distribution**:

- Prepare and issue materials and equipment required by engineering teams or project managers.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites or maintenance locations.
- Ensure that all items issued are properly documented and that materials are delivered in good condition.
- **Stock Replenishment and Ordering**:

- Monitor inventory levels regularly to identify the need for replenishment and ensure that essential materials are in stock.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager to place orders for additional stock as required.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering processes to avoid shortages or delays in project delivery.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements, including receiving, issuing, and returns.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on stock levels, material usage, and any discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation of materials returned or exchanged and that it is accurately recorded in inventory systems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
