**Key Responsibilities**:

- Log into Amazon, JioMart, and Flipkart buyer portals every morning to ensure all listings are visible.
- Perform daily checks on all online portals to verify listings and updates.
- Maintain payment sheets for Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart.
- Update Amazon Courier Sheets regularly.
- Enter bank receipt details for online portal payments.
- Coordinate with the factory to call stock as needed.
- Conduct daily packaging items and stock checks.
- Perform a packing material count once every 15 days.
- Check and match the reconciliation summary of Flipkart.
- Monitor daily shipment returns in JioMart and ensure customer returns are received from Amazon.
- Compile a list of mismatched returns monthly for all portals.
- Reconcile logistics bills with the online inventory sheet.
- Make accounting entries for Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart commission invoices, credit notes, TDS, and other expenses or incomes.
- Enter the FBF invoices in Tally weekly.
- Prepare Sales Orders (S/O) and bargain for necessary stock.
- Create indents and manage packing materials.
- Perform payment checks and entries.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their backend operations.
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience in handling financial reconciliations.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
