Embroidery Designer

**Job Summary**:
As a Digitizing executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the digitization process of various aspects within the organization. This role involves implementing strategies to transform analogue processes and information into digital formats, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of data and resources. The Digitizing Manager collaborates with various departments to identify opportunities for digitization, manages digitization projects, and ensures compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for digitizing analog processes, documents, and information across the organization.
- Project Management: Lead digitization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate digital tools, software, and technologies suitable for digitization projects, ensuring compatibility and scalability.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify digitization opportunities and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in embroidery digitizing software and equipment, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Oversee the digitization process for embroidery designs, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Manage a team of digitizers, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Develop and implement digitization standards and best practices to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Review digitized designs for errors and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in embroidery digitization technology.
- Monitor production schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.
- Maintain documentation and records related to digitization processes and designs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to digitizing software and equipment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide performance feedback to team members
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of digitization initiatives, analyzing key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of digitization processes, protocols, and project outcomes.
- Overall knowledge the digitizing process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in digitization or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, document management systems, and data security principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Excellent technical skills in embroidery digitizing software (e.g., Wilcom, Pulse, Tajima DG/ML) and proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator).
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards governing data protection and privacy.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem solving.
