The Digitizing Manager collaborates with various departments to identify opportunities for digitization, manages digitization projects, and ensures compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for digitizing analog processes, documents, and information across the organization.
- Project Management: Lead digitization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate digital tools, software, and technologies suitable for digitization projects, ensuring compatibility and scalability.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify digitization opportunities and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. **Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Excellent technical skills in embroidery digitizing software (e.g., Wilcom, Pulse, Tajima DG/ML) and proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator).
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards governing data protection and privacy.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem solving.
