Job Title: Brand Strategist/Planner

Location: Bangalore

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for clients across various industries.

Conduct in-depth market research and consumer analysis to identify key insights and trends.

Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand messaging and visuals align with strategic objectives.

Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to foster innovative ideas and strategic thinking.

Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and optimize ROI.

Manage and nurture client relationships, presenting strategic recommendations and campaign results to senior stakeholders.

Handle high-potential clients, ensuring their brand strategy needs are met with exceptional service and results.

Create brand positioning statements, value propositions, and key messaging frameworks.

Oversee the development of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Contribute to new business pitches and proposals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand strategy/planning within an advertising agency.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful branding campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Experience in handling high-potential clients.

Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure campaign performance.

Highly passionate about branding, consumer behavior, and the advertising industry.
