Key Responsibilities:

- **Administrative Support**: Providing administrative support to the Principal's Office, Student Life Office, Marketing Office, Admissions Office, and other offices as needed.
- **Admissions**: Managing the admissions process, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and communicating with prospective families.
- **Resource Management**: Overseeing resource allocation, including facilities, supplies, and other resources.
- **Staff Management**: Assisting with staff management, including scheduling, payroll, and communication.
- **Event Planning**: Planning and coordinating school events, such as open houses, parent-teacher conferences, and graduation ceremonies.
- **Communication**: Communicating effectively with teachers, staff, parents, and students.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student, staff, and school records.
- **Budget Management**: Assisting with budget management, including financial transactions and reconciliation.
- **Safety and Security**: Overseeing school safety and emergency procedures.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborating with other school staff, administrators, and community organizations.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of school policies and procedures.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
