**Job Purpose**:
1. To assist in completion of Working Capital and ISDA documentation of UltraTech Cement Limited and Overseas subsidiaries.

2. Addition / Deletion of signatories, Bank account opening management

3. Implementation of Electronic Banking and allied activities

4. Preparation of ECB '“ 2 return.

5. Assist in Forex activities

**Job Context & Major Challenges**:
1. RBI compliance in respect of Working Capital, ISDA Agreement and ECB -2 return.

2. Tracking and keeping controls of Users in Electronic Banking and Implementation

3. Timely release of MIS

4. Keeping track of non operative bank accounts and ensure its Ttimely opening and closing of bank accounts.

- Documentation/ Execution of Working Capital for UTCL and Overseas
- 1. To check & verify the terms and conditions in sanction letters of consortium banks and overseas banks.

2. To track expiry of working capital sanction of overseas subsidiaries

3. To bring uniformity in terms & conditions & financial covenants in sanction letter.

4. To interact with the banks.

5. To complete KYC of signatories
- KRA2
- Documentation / Execution of ISDA of UTCL / Overseas Unit
- 1.To check & verify the terms and conditions of the ISDA agreement.

2. To bring uniformity in terms & conditions in schedules to ISDA.

3. To interact with the banks
- KRA3
- Addition / Deletion of Signatories and Bank Account MIS
- 1. To prepare and Ssend Letters to Bank for Addition and deletion of signatories

2. To ensure timely Oopening of New Bank accounts in compliance with SOP.

3. To maintain database of Bank Account and Signatories
- KRA4
- ECB -2 Return
- Preparation and submission of ECB '“ 2 return
- KRA5
- Forex
- 1. To prepare import payment master

2. To prepare Preparation of Flash and Final revaluation of outstanding Forward Covers of FC fluctuation

3.To track USDINR movements and document the reasons for its movement.
