**Job Position: Tele Counsellor-Sales**

**Number of position: 4**

**Responsibilities**:

- Calling existing and potential clients to persuade them to enrol company services.
- Provide accurate information details to clients regarding the company services.
- Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
- Managing client accounts by ensuring that existing clients remain satisfied with company services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients to encourage repeat company.
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to clients rejections.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of clients services to make suitable recommendations based on clients needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

**Salary: 15k to 20k**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
