Processing new sales leads.
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
- Monitoring customer accounts.
- Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
- Keeping track of sales targets.
- Assist and support sales team in achieving hundred percent sales outcomes.
- Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needs.
- Arranging meetings with potential clients and scheduling sales sessions with them.
- Coordinate between sales and production departments.

**Skill Required**:
**1**.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice.
**2**.Be strongly skilled in data entry, travel organization and customer service including basic math and reporting skills.
**3.**Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge.
**4.**Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets using v lookup and pivot tables, including other data management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales/Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
