Urgent requirment for Customer Service Executive.
Qualification: 12th or above
Experience: freshers or 1+yr
- Performing inbound tickets and queries of customers
- Strive for first call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs and issues
- Communicate and follow instructions for one call customer resolutions
- Deliver amazing customer service through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns
Location: Kannur
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift

- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kannur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
