As a Customer Service Representative in Sales, you will be responsible for engaging with customers who inquire about our products and services. Your role is to offer and encourage customers to make a purchase, even if they are initially hesitant. You will communicate effectively with both new and existing customers, provide them with relevant information, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and continued engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Convince customers to purchase products and services by highlighting the benefits and features that meet their needs.
- Follow up with both previous and potential customers to build strong relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the company CRM.
- Regularly communicate with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using computer systems and perform basic tasks such as data entry and typing.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written) is required.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Comfortable working with technology, including computers and laptops.
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
