Job Responsibilities
- Drive B2B and Retail Sales of the spices range.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Identify and onboard new customers.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, and share reports with management.
- Support marketing and promotional activities.
- Contribute to brand growth and visibility in the spices category.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Spices / Edible Oil sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and result-oriented.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
