**Main Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, material kitting, and material issuance to production after consuming in SAP (S4 HANA).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety and 5S regulations.
- Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization for optimal storage.
- Maintain records of goods movement using SAP S 4 HANA systems.
- Prepare reports on stock levels, order status, and discrepancies.
- Oversee and support the warehouse staff in daily tasks.
- Implement and follow FIFO/FEFO inventory methods.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for inbound and outbound materials.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree and experience in warehouse and purchase or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, MS office, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of safety 5S and compliance standards.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of lean inventory and warehouse optimization techniques.
- Requires flexibility to work based on business needs.
