We are currently seeking a skilled International Voice Process Executive to join our team at our Noida location. As a part of our International Voice Process team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our global clientele. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
- Provide prompt and efficient solutions to customer issues while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and stay updated with company offerings.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in an international voice process.**:

- **Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.**:

- Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- **Willingness to work in night shifts.**
