**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Operations**:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and record-keeping tasks.
- Ensure timely distribution of mail and packages.
- **Visitor Management**:
- Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges as required.
- Inform relevant staff members of visitor arrivals promptly.
- **Coordination**:
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, or conferences as needed.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address client and visitor queries, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**:
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,577.78 - ₹12,771.94 per month
