Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design of metro stations, auxiliary buildings, and public spaces related to metro projects.- Prepare and review architectural drawings, GFCs, and technical documentation using Revit.- Coordinate design work with other disciplines including structural, MEP, and civil teams for seamless project integration.- Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and manage technical discussions.- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.- Conduct site visits for architectural validation and coordination during different project phases.- Ensure quality assurance and timely delivery of architectural packages.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master’s degree preferred.- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Metro Rail architectural projects.- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Photoshop.- Good understanding of NBC, IRC, IS Codes, and local development control regulations.- Strong visualization, design development, and coordination skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience working with metro authorities such as DMRC, MMRC, etc.- Familiarity with BIM processes and project environments.
