This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to support operational goals and drive productivity. Key Responsibilities
- **Oversee Operations**: Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to analyze data, identify trends, and generate accurate reports.
- **Process Improvement**: Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Coordination**: Serve as a liaison between different departments to align resources and ensure seamless business operations.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement within operational procedures.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.
- **Documentation**: Assist in documentation and policy creation related to operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Advanced Excel Proficiency**: Expertise in formulas, functions (like SUMIF, IFERROR, INDEX/MATCH), pivot tables, data visualization, and macros for data analysis and automation.
- **Strong Analytical Skills**: Ability to interpret complex data, identify insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
- **Excellent Communication**: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and improve workflows.
- **Knowledge of Operations Management**: Understanding of how to manage day-to-day business operations for optimal performance.
- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is often preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
