**Job Description for MAWM Active and Support**

**MAWM Active Experience**
- Strong experience in **Manhattan WM Active** (Cloud) implementation & Support
- Good experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment of Manhattan Active LM, Slotting, MHE/WCS integration & SCI reporting.
- Good experience in developing new labels and reports or customize the base reports and labels available using **JasperSoft** Studio, **Apache FreeMarker** and **Apache Velocity** templates (Java based open-source engine).
- Strong hands-on Knowledge in Postman Tool, JSONs and MAWM APIs to access data and interact with its software components.
- Knowledge of MA WMS message integrations with host systems (upstream/downstream)
- Experience working successfully in a highly matrixed work environment and in dealing with vendors, service providers and support organizations in a global environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, and verbalize ideas effectively.
- Strong technical and non-technical presentation and communication skills; able to articulate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
- Have the ability to effectively collaborate and work cross-functionally with business, IT managers and team members.

**MA ProActive Experience**
- Develop different types of extensions for minor MAWM enhancements, such as: UI Extensions, Entity Extensions, Backend Services or User Exits and Backend Asynchronous Events.
- Should be able to Configure and develop Composite API's that would function as reusable Extension Handlers.
- Should be able to Configure and develop Queues and message types and integrate/access them through Extension packs.
- Enrich messages between components or messages between WMS and external systems.
- Inject logic on top of base functionality by using various touch points that are available.
- Create custom attributes to extend entities in the database.
- Create API endpoints that external systems can use to perform unique CREATE, READ, UPDATE, and DELETE (CRUD) actions.
- Realign/adjust UI or mobile transactions User interfaces based on customer needs.

**Support Experience**
- Overall lead from offshore for incident management, problem management and Minor enhancements
- Overall decision maker on minor enhancement requests by coordinating with onshore counterpart.
- Oversees the engagement delivery and ensure smooth knowledge transition.
- Monitor and maintain Onsite-offshore coordination, AVM SLAs, address ticket resolution escalations, and drive best in class process adaptation
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide fix as applicable thereby providing high service delivery performance.
- Provide functional support, analysis, configuration on Manhattan WM Active solutions based on the incidents to achieve business needs.
- Support Product patches and fixes with testing & Post Deployment support
- Evaluates customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.
- Manage the overall coordination between WMS, Integration teams and other stakeholders.
- Provide solutions for queries/problems from business/operations.
- Lead and drive monitoring tools development for process improvements as a part elimination and automation opportunities.
