Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years with Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM).
  • Proven experience in large-scale or multi-site WMS implementations.
  • Strong supply chain knowledge, especially Distribution and 3PL Logistics.
  • Expertise in Manhattan WMS configurations, implementations, troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Labor Management Systems (LMS), Warehouse Controls/Execution Systems (WCS/WES).
  • Ability to research and recommend custom solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Programming skills: Java, JavaScript preferred.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages; expertise in at least one.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with RESTful web services and distributed computing/message-based systems.
  • Comfortable with open-source technologies and data modeling.
  • Strong interface mapping knowledge for upstream/downstream systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python, Shell).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based WMS and SaaS deployment.
  • Experience with Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF) and RESTful APIs.
  • Agile/Scrum experience with tools like Jira.
  • Experience with Oracle and data mapping.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse operations: inbound, outbound, inventory control, labor management, slotting.
  • Knowledge of supply chain best practices and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

Education:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Language:

  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
